We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard services. For airport transfers, booking 48 hours ahead ensures availability, especially during peak travel seasons.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, we provide child booster seats upon request at no extra charge. Please mention this requirement when making your booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup are free. Cancellations within 4 hours may incur a 50% charge. No-shows are charged the full fare.

Do you wait for delayed flights?

Yes, we monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly. There's no extra charge for reasonable flight delays (up to 60 minutes).

Can I request a specific driver?

While we can't guarantee specific drivers due to scheduling, we can note your preference and will try to accommodate when possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Corporate accounts can be set up for regular customers with monthly billing.
